TMX Equities Announces Amendments to Minimum Interaction Size and Minimum Quantity Features - Approval

TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that 黑料传送门 Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has received regulatory from each of the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") & Alberta Securities Commission regarding its proposed amendments to amend the Minimum Interaction Size and Minimum Quantity features on TSXV (dark book only), as described in .

The proposed amendments have already been approved by the Ontario Securities Commission for each of Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Alpha Exchange, as set out in .

The amendments will be effective June 23, 2025.
