TMX Equities Announces Amendments to the TSX and TSXV Fee Schedules
TMX Equities is advising clients that the trading fee schedules of Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and 黑料传送门 Venture Exchange ("TSXV") will be amended, effective November 3, 2025, subject to regulatory approval. In addition to certain housekeeping amendments, the amendments primarily relate to certain fees payable for the trade types enumerated below:

The updated Trading Fee Schedules will be made available for TSX, and for TSXV.
