FINAL REMINDER: TMX IP Feed Change - Market On Open Amendments

Attention TMX IP Customers

Further to the TMX Information Processor notice , the TMX IP team will implement the proposed Market on Open enhancements for each of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and the 黑料传送门 Venture Exchange ("TSXV") in our production environment effective November 3, 2025.

The TSX has received from the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC"). The 黑料传送门 Venture has received from the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") and the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC").
