TMX Equity Trading Notice

TSX and TSXV 2025 Q4 enhancement - Implementation Date

TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that the proposed amendments to the upcoming Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and 黑料传送门 Venture Exchange ("TSXV") Q4 enhancement including the Market on Open auction and Closing Auction identifier on the Binary Feeds (as set out in Equities Trading Notice and Notice ) are scheduled to available in the production environment on November 3, 2025. As a reminder, the amendments are now available in our test environment (see Equities Trading Notice ).

The amendments remain subject to regulatory approval.
